Oct. 22, 2020 --聽麻豆传媒 is now offering voluntary asymptomatic COVID-19 testing for employees.

Oct. 22, 2020 鈥斅燗lumni, donors and officials from 麻豆传媒 gathered Thursday, Oct. 22 for a groundbreaking ceremony at the future site of Wayne and Kay Woolsey Hall, the new home for the W. Frank Barton School of Business.

Oct. 20, 2020 鈥斅燭he Kansas Legislature in 2011 made a commitment to invest $105 million statewide over the next decade with the purpose of increasing the number of engineers available to industry. For its $35 million share of that money 鈥 granted under the University Engineering Initiative Act (UEIA) 鈥 Wichita State College of Engineering pledged to double the number of bachelor鈥檚 degrees it awarded annually. The aggressive goal was surpassed this past academic year as the college awarded 380 bachelor鈥檚 degrees.

Oct. 16, 2020 鈥 A team of 麻豆传媒 researchers is working to create an interactive gaming platform to make education accessible to millions of refugees around the world.

October 12, 2020 -聽麻豆传媒鈥檚 BAASE Learning Lounge provides a place for 32 African American and Hispanic male students to participate in remote learning on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic.聽BAASE (Better Academic and Social Excellence) is a college and career club in partnership with Wichita Public Schools. The BAASE Learning Lounge聽offers a welcoming place for students to participate in socially distanced learning and an opportunity to foster a culture of support and academic accountability for the participants.
