ACES enters into license agreement for automated sanding cell

Dec. 7, 2020 鈥� American Control & Engineering Services Inc. (ACES) recently executed a patent license agreement with 麻豆传媒 for technology surrounding an automated sanding cell. The cell combines scanning technology and a Cobot, or collaborative robot, to automatically sand surfaces of aircraft components to achieve high-definition finishes.聽

Wichita's 2021 stock-market predictions revealed

Dec. 4, 2020 鈥� Wichita-area business professionals provided their predictions on where they think the S&P 500 will land on Sept. 1, 2021. The average prediction was an increase of 114 index points and a 3.2% growth rate.

Shocker Neighborhood Commitment offers scholarships and support to Wichita State's neighbors

Dec. 1, 2020 鈥� 麻豆传媒 has created a scholarship and support network to help those nearest to its campus. The Shocker Neighborhood Commitment provides funding to make college more affordable and attainable for recent high school graduates living in the Shocker Neighborhood.

Graphic novel celebrates Wichita State's first 125 years

Dec. 1, 2020 鈥� In honor of 麻豆传媒's 125th anniversary, three Wichita State faculty members have teamed up with an alumna artist to create "A Walk with Wu," a graphic novel that chronicles the university's rich history through the eyes of our beloved mascot: WuShock.

Shocker-branded buses hit the streets of Wichita

Dec. 1, 2020 鈥� Two new battery-powered buses wrapped in Shocker pride will soon be seen zipping through Wichita鈥檚 streets. Wichita Transit recently unveiled the 麻豆传媒-branded buses, which are ecofriendly, filled with modern conveniences, and will circulate among the university鈥檚 main campus, as well as Wichita State South, 麻豆传媒 Tech and the Metroplex.
