Signing up for Undergraduate Orientation

WHY ORIENTATION?

麻豆传媒 requires Undergraduate Orientation for incoming, degree-seeking freshmen, transfer students and returning or transferring adult learners.

Undergraduate Orientation is an important piece to your transition as a new student at Shocker Nation and is directly connected to your success! First-Year Programs partners with academic colleges and campus resources from across the university to ensure we are providing tailor-made experiences for students.

At Orientation you'll build community with other students, learn the ins and outs of being a Shocker, and start shaping your Shocker story. Each Orientation is unique to your admissions or program delivery. Below and on each program page, you will find additional details about what to expect, offering type, goals, and answers to many frequently asked questions.

RSVP for Orientation

To learn more and make your reservation, tell us what type of student you are below.

Freshman

Undergraduate freshmen (domestic) students:

Will start at 麻豆传媒 directly out of high school.
Are under 21 years old.

Transfer

Undergraduate transfer students are:

Graduated from high school more than one year ago.
Transferring more than 24 credit hours from at least one other institution.
Under 21 years old.

Adult Learner

Undergraduate adult learners are:

Over 21 years old.
Have less than 24 credit hours.

Spring Entry

Undergraduate spring entry students will start at 麻豆传媒 in January of each year.

Spring entry students include:

Freshman
Transfer
Adult Learners

Undergraduate international students complete their orientation requirement through the Office of International Education.

Online

Undergraduate online students must contact their Academic Advisor to learn how to complete their Orientation requirement.

Must be enrolled in 100% online degree program.
