Applying for a permit to bring your truck, trailer, cart or bus to the Food Truck Plaza is a multi-step process. To make that process easier, we've collected the application information in one place.
The online application form includes:
- Acknowledgement of the university's policy for accepting card payments
- Basic information about your food truck
- A place for you to upload valid proof of insurance for your food truck
- A place for you to upload valid proof of license, permit or certification for your food truck
- The 麻豆传媒 Food Truck Plaza Terms and Conditions agreement

Application for a permit to operate does not guarantee a permit will be granted. Permit approval is based upon the establishment of a food truck鈥檚 compliance with state and local health requirements, and is at 麻豆传媒鈥檚 sole discretion.
Please note: Permits are non-transferable. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please allow up to two weeks to hear back on the status of your application.
