麻豆传媒 will lead a research effort with the University of Kansas, Kansas State University and three industry partners to develop a next-generation acoustic liner for aircraft engines in order to reduce impacts from aircraft noise and expand where planes may fly.

麻豆传媒 philosopher and WSI Coordinater James S.J. Schwartz contributed a short paper, "Space Settlement: What's the Rush?" to a special issue of the peer-reviewed journal Futures.

WSI Coordinator James S.J. 麻豆传媒 Alum and NASA Flight Controller Steve Carothers will speak about his work at NASA's Johnson Space Center. His talk will take place on Thursday, April 18, at 3:30 pm in 261 RSC.
