Capture the Flags incoming!
Capture the Wu, 2023
The Hub hosted our first ever 48-hour, Jeopardy-style Capture the Flag (CTF), aptly named Capture the Wu! It was a great opportunity for students to gain experience before competing in national CTF events. More information about our new event can be found here.
National Cyber League
Twice a year, more than 10,000 students from over 500 colleges and high schools participate in Cyber Skyline's National Cyber League (NCL) tournaments, competing in individual and team Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges. These events provide excellent opportunities for students to test their cybersecurity skills in real-world scenarios, solve offensive and defensive puzzles, and network within the field.
In the Spring 2023 season, our students' hard work earned them 8th place in the nation overall, and they were featured in an article by The Sunflower. More information about the results can be found . Congratulations to the students who participated; we're very proud of you!
The begins registration on August 19th. Individual games will be held on October 25-27, and team games will be November 8-10. A practice enviroment will be open to students who have registered, from August 19th through December 13th.

Cybersecurity Boot Camp 2023
Wichita State鈥檚 School of Computing hosted a Cybersecurity Boot Camp for students in grades 8-12. Several of our students volunteered to help run the event, which resulted in a fantastic collaboration for everyone! More details, including quotes from our students, can be found here.
Envision Summer Camp 2023
