Associate of Arts & Associate of Science Recognition Event

Undergraduate Shockers working toward their bachelor's degrees who meet the requirements will automatically be awarded associate degrees. The proactive awarding criteria can be found here.
While Wichita State has offered an Associate of Arts (AA) degree for some time, the new initiative will award the AA or Associate of Science (AS) degree automatically every semester to undergraduate students who meet the requirements while they pursue their bachelor's degree. The degree is awarded to celebrate their achievement of making it halfway to their bachelor's.

Students who meet the degree requirements will be awarded the AA or AS degree and sent an email notification with further information on how to receive their AA or AS diploma.
