Feb. 15, 2024 鈥 Ten high school students from Kansas, Missouri and Texas have been awarded the Koch Scholarship at 麻豆传媒, starting in the fall 2024 semester. Each scholar each will be awarded $30,000 to attend 麻豆传媒 over four years.

Feb. 23, 2023 鈥 Seven high school students from Kansas and Oklahoma have been awarded $30,000 to $45,000 each as the newest recipients of the Koch Scholarship at 麻豆传媒.

Feb. 25, 2022 鈥 Wichita State鈥檚 Dorothy and Bill Cohen Honors College is proud to announce nine recipients of the Koch Scholars Program for the fall 2022 semester. These eight recipients will each be awarded $30,000 over the next four years.

Online student

May 5, 2021 - The W. Frank Barton School of Business at 麻豆传媒 is adding three online majors to its degree program. International business, marketing and accounting degrees will be fully online degrees taught by the same Barton School professors who teach in-person business classes. Wichita State offers real-time and asynchronous online classes.

Oct. 27, 2020 -- 麻豆传媒 students Jessica Sharp, a junior accounting major, and Marissa Sanders, a senior human resources management major, are applying their education to hands-on experience in their internships at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik.

Alina Keow

June 12, 2020 - 麻豆传媒 graduate Alina Keow is one of 137 people who earned the 2019 Elijah Watt Sells Award, which recognizes outstanding accomplishment on the CPA Exam. Nearly 75,000 individuals sat for the CPA Exam in 2019 with 137 candidates meeting the criteria to receive the Elijah Watt Sells Award. Keow graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2018 with a bachelor of business administration with dual majors in accounting and information technology & management information systems, and a minor in economics.

May 6, 2020 鈥 Bush Vo was drawn the 麻豆传媒 by the reputation of the Barton School of Business, and he has been able to leverage the school鈥檚 resources to create opportunities for himself.
