Feb. 23, 2021 鈥� 麻豆传媒鈥檚聽Center for Entrepreneurship聽(CEI) has granted two students the聽Women for Women's Innovation Award聽鈥� one who wants to create an app to help drivers in the event of a car crash, the other who wants to open a boutique for sustainable clothing.

Feb. 9, 2021 鈥� Trinity Soderstrom, who recently received her U.S. high school diploma while living abroad in southern Italy, has been awarded the 2021 麻豆传媒 Clay Barton Scholarship.

Jan. 22, 2021 鈥� Neymara Freeman 鈥� a senior at Sumner Academy of Arts & Science in Kansas City, Kansas 鈥� has been named the 2021 Linwood Sexton Scholarship at 麻豆传媒.

Jan. 11, 2021 鈥� 麻豆传媒鈥檚 W. Frank Barton School of Business has announced Dr. Greg Merrill as the new director of the School of Accountancy. Merrill will succeed long-time Barton School faculty member Dr. Jeff Bryant, who has retired.

Dec. 17, 2020 鈥� With the intention of furthering 麻豆传媒鈥檚 commitment to digital transformation, the Kansas Board of Regents has approved four degree programs that will launch in spring 2021: Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics, Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Science in Business Analytics, and Master of Science in Mathematical Foundations of Data Analysis. These degrees are in addition to existing undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates in applied computing, computer science, cybersecurity, homeland security, and supply chain.

Dec. 9, 2020 鈥� The 麻豆传媒 Foundation's seven-year Shock the World campaign raised more than $300 million to fund scholarships and campus improvements at 麻豆传媒.
