Barton Scholarship winner, Trinity Soderstrom

Feb. 9, 2021 鈥 Trinity Soderstrom, who recently received her U.S. high school diploma while living abroad in southern Italy, has been awarded the 2021 麻豆传媒 Clay Barton Scholarship.

Jan. 22, 2021 鈥 Neymara Freeman 鈥 a senior at Sumner Academy of Arts & Science in Kansas City, Kansas 鈥 has been named the 2021 Linwood Sexton Scholarship at 麻豆传媒.

Dr. Greg Merrill

Jan. 11, 2021 鈥 麻豆传媒鈥檚 W. Frank Barton School of Business has announced Dr. Greg Merrill as the new director of the School of Accountancy. Merrill will succeed long-time Barton School faculty member Dr. Jeff Bryant, who has retired.

KBOR approves new programs.

Dec. 17, 2020 鈥 With the intention of furthering 麻豆传媒鈥檚 commitment to digital transformation, the Kansas Board of Regents has approved four degree programs that will launch in spring 2021: Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics, Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Science in Business Analytics, and Master of Science in Mathematical Foundations of Data Analysis. These degrees are in addition to existing undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates in applied computing, computer science, cybersecurity, homeland security, and supply chain.
