Wichita State bowler Ryan Kendall

April 16, 2019 -- Ryan Kendall, a senior from Pelham, Alabama, is a computer science major who took the long route to Wichita State鈥檚 Selected Team. He didn鈥檛 make the team as a freshman and spent the past two seasons on the Developmental Team. Wichita State coach Gordon Vadakin estimates around 10 percent of the bowlers who don鈥檛 make the team in their early years continue to try out for a spot on the Selected Team.

Selected from more than 100 applicants, these 10 recipients will each be awarded between $30,000 and $45,000 during their four-year attendance at 麻豆传媒.
