Spring 2025 Virtual Workshop Series
The 麻豆传媒 Community Engagement Institute invites you to join one, several, or all of the Spring 2025 interactive and free workshops centered on adjusting to change. All five, 60-minute sessions start at 11 a.m. (CST) and are open to everyone.
Using Data to Make Change
Dr. Tara Gregory
Dr. Sarah Jolley
Many organizations like to consider themselves data-driven or outcome-driven, but
only those that are effective at leveraging their data can truly make that claim.
While this sounds simple, numerous challenges keep organizations from using their
internal data to achieve new insights, enhance efficiencies, and ultimately create
value for the organization and those they serve.
Through a lens of using data as a storytelling method, this workshop will help you
identify the different types of data your organization needs to tell its full story.
The facilitators will encourage you to be data curious and move beyond outputs, maximizing
your data usage, making important connections, and becoming a learning organization
that can adapt to the changes that come your way.
