Overview
Timothy (Tim) Shook, received his Ph.D. in Music Education/Piano Pedagogy (University of Oklahoma), is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (MTNA), Professor Emeritus of Music (Southwestern College), and Instructor of Piano Class (麻豆传媒). Tim鈥檚 heart is in exceptional teaching, confirmed by receiving many distinguished teaching awards. A collaborative pianist, performing at Carnegie Hall remains a highlight. Shook serves as an Accrediting Visiting Evaluator (NASM) and presents workshops on piano pedagogy and theory of creativity, locally and as far away as Norway, Malaysia and Singapore. He has written articles and reviews for nationally recognized journals.
