Overview
Adithya Melagoda is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at 麻豆传媒. She completed her bachelor鈥檚 in electrical engineering in 2021 from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. She worked as an instructor in the same department at the University of Moratuwa for one year before coming to the US to pursue her Ph.D. She works under the guidance of Dr. Visvakumar Aravinthan, and her main research area is on power system resilience and consumer load restoration during extreme events.
Fun Fact: Adithya has a passion to learn about different cultures and try out new cuisines. In her free time, she likes to play Scrabble and solve puzzles.
