Peter Vu, a Computer Engineering graduate, is currently a Business Analyst at Koch Minerals & Trading. In his role, Peter supports the Financial Regulatory Compliance team, using AWS to implement ETL processes that generate trade and position reports for government regulators. His work ensures that Koch remains compliant with the ever-evolving regulations of the financial industry. Peter's journey into the IT space began with Ennovar at the Textron Help Hangar, where he gained invaluable experience in a professional environment. He then transitioned into a lead training position at Koch Minerals & Trading.
Reflecting on his time with Ennovar, Peter says, "Ennovar helped me get my foot in the door within the IT space and gave me great experience working in a professional environment."
One of Peter's favorite aspects of Ennovar was the people he met along the way. "Everyone at the Help Hangar was especially great to work with, and we always had a fun time while getting tickets resolved," he recalls. The sense of camaraderie and the memorable holiday parties at Side Pockets, where he could reconnect with management and former coworkers, were highlights of his experience.
Peter is an avid Formula One fan, making it a point to attend a race each year if possible. Since 2019, he鈥檚 been to Austin, Montreal, and Monza in Italy. If he is not able to attend a race weekend, he will stay up late or wake up early to follow the action live. In addition to his passion for racing, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hiking, and camping. His dog, Momo, is his constant companion on his many outdoor adventures.
