Ablah Library

HI THERE SHOCKER馃煛鈿笍! This blog will be a continuation of part 1 and will cover the second and third floors of the Ablah Library. Although there are no vending machines these floors offer plenty of study spaces where you can fit up to a group of seven friends as well as individual study rooms.

Second Floor

馃摎Individual Study Rooms: Individual study rooms provide single-occupancy spaces for 麻豆传媒 students to work or study. Three rooms can be  up to one week in advance, and one of the rooms is available first-come, first-served to walk-ins. These rooms are available for up to three hours at a time and include whiteboards, large desks, seating, and access to electrical outlets. 

馃摎Seminar Rooms: One seminar room is available and can be reserved online. The room is equipped with wall-mounted monitors, advanced webcams, and whiteboards. Seminar rooms may be reserved for a maximum of three hours by students, faculty, and staff who have a valid 麻豆传媒 Shocker ID.  online.

馃摎Group Study Rooms: These rooms can be reserved online.  online. These rooms can bring out the best and worst study sessions so remember to always stay focused whenever studying with large groups.

馃摎Study Spaces: Located on the west side of the floor this area has a lot of open tables and seating options. Other smaller study areas are located around the floor.

Third Floor(Quiet Zone)

馃摎Disability Services Study (DSS) Room: Located in room 323, the DSS room provides specialized equipment for those with special needs. Contact the Circulation Desk to use the room.

馃摎Quiet Zone: The entire third floor of Ablah Library has been designated a quiet zone to support individual study and research.

馃摎Study Rooms: Some rooms are first-come, first-serve (304, 325, 327, 342, 343), and others can be reserved online (314, 324, 332, 341).  online.

馃摎Study Spaces: Located in various areas on the floor these study areas allow for group and individual study.
