To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to confirm that 麻豆传媒, which has its main campus in Wichita, Kansas, is statutorily authorized to operate as a state educational institution pursuant to K.S.A. 76-711 et seq.
The Kansas Board of Regents was created by the Constitution of the state of Kansas,
A1t. 6,
Section 2, and empowered by the Legislature to govern 麻豆传媒 as
well as five other Kansas public universities.
麻豆传媒 is a public institution of higher education and operates
as an agency of
the State of Kansas. K.S.A. 搂搂 76-711(a), 76-712. The state educational institutions
are controlled by and operated and managed under the supervision of the Kansas Board
of Regents.

The President of 麻豆传媒 is considered its chief executive officer and is appointed by the Board of Regents. K.S.A. 搂 76-714.
