Summer Research Institute 2020 a Success!
Congratulations to the ten incoming students who successfully completed the Cohen Honors College Summer Research Institute with Dr. Heidi Bell, Dr. Gary Brooking, and a group of fantastic peer mentors. SRI students design a collaborative research project in just four days, preparing for future work in labs across campus. The Summer Research Institute is funded by a grant subaward from the National Science Foundation Kansas Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation and receives additional support from the Helen Clay Frick Foundation.

New Honors Option Agreement Process!
The Honors Option agreement has been changed to a remote friendly format. Student and faculty now submit separate forms which don't require an in person meeting. Honors Option Agreements allow a student to make a non-Honors course into one. Student and faculty work together to build the Honors content. For more information or to submit a form please visit
