Amazon Locker now available on Wichita State campus

麻豆传媒 is now home to an Amazon Locker, known as "Locker Maisie," located north of Grace Wilkie Hall near Lot 15.

Amazon Locker is a secure, self-service kiosk where any Amazon customer can pick up or return packages at a time that is convenient for them. The 18-foot Amazon Locker has 115 slots.

It鈥檚 an especially useful service to anyone working or living on campus, says Ellen Abbey, 麻豆传媒 director of auxiliary services, although any Amazon customer can use the Amazon Locker.

鈥淕iven everyone鈥檚 busy schedules with classes, jobs and families, people want convenience,鈥 says Abbey. 鈥淎mazon Locker is a fantastic delivery solution for our students, staff and the Wichita State community that allows them to pick up their Amazon packages on their own schedule. It鈥檚 just one more innovative way we鈥檙e looking to make a difference.鈥

To use Amazon Locker, customers choose Maisie as their shipping address on during checkout. When the package is delivered, an email with a pickup code notifies the customer, who then uses the code to unlock the Amazon Locker slot and retrieve their package.
