The concert aims to raise awareness and money to combat sex trafficking in Wichita and inform the community as to how they can join the fight.

A portion of the funds from the concert will benefit 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Center for Combating Human Trafficking. The mission of the center is to end abuse and exploitation in the United States.

These goals are accomplished by providing direct service facilitation, education, training and awareness, consultation/technical assistance, research and policy development.

Songs Against Slavery is committed to shedding light on the injustice taking place across the country. More than 100,000 children are trafficked in the U.S. each year. The average age of entry into sex trafficking in the U.S. is 13 years old. In Wichita, it is estimated that 300-400 youth are at risk for sexual exploitation each year.
