A grand opening for 麻豆传媒's Food Truck Plaza is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, June 20.
The plaza will be across the street from the National Institute for Aviation Research, on the edge of the new Innovation Campus development, located at the intersection of Wheatshocker Drive and Perimeter Road.
WuShock will be in attendance, and Intrust Bank will give away free Kona Ice in appreciation of students and staff.
With room for up to four trucks at a time, the plaza will be open from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Popular Wichita-area trucks, such as The Flying Stove and Charlie鈥檚 Pizza Taco, will be on rotation.
