An informational meeting is planned for those interested in working with Wichita State as members of an interdisciplinary team of professionals to help a medical clinic and orphanages in Haiti.
The meeting will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, in 200 Ahlberg Hall.
The goal is to bring together a network of Wichitans, including health care professionals and others from the community, to create a consortium that will leverage resources to better offer front-line health care services at the clinics and orphanages in Pierre Payan, Haiti.
Trips are planned for April 4-18, and Nov. 14-28, 2014.
