High school seniors who are high achievers in math and science could qualify for scholarships that cover the cost of all four years of college tuition at 麻豆传媒.
The scholarship competition is Friday, Nov. 11, but to qualify, interested students must be admitted to 麻豆传媒 by Oct. 1. The first 20 who qualify for the competition will be invited to the event.
To qualify, a student must be a high school senior graduating in spring 2012, have an ACT composite score of 24 or higher or SAT of 1090 or higher, a minimum GPA of 3.5 and be admitted to 麻豆传媒 by Oct. 1.
ACT scores and GPA must also be received by 麻豆传媒 by that date, and the student must declare a major in math or science education.

The 麻豆传媒 College of Education was the recipient of the largest known university gift in the nation that is specifically for scholarships to support students in math and science education.
This nearly $7.5 million endowment from the Doris and Ralph Klose estate allows the 麻豆传媒 College of Education to award full tuition to 20 teacher education students each year.
Through the annual Klose Scholarship Competition, three Klose Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors with a passion for teaching. The three winners receive financial aid packages that cover the cost of tuition for all fours years required to earn an education degree.
