New members of the 麻豆传媒 Foundation Board of Directors for fiscal year 2016 are Pam Palmer '85, Chris Shank '69 and Jeff Turner '73. Palmer is owner, president and CEO of Palmer Physical Therapy for Women. Shank is an account executive with USI Midwest. Turner is retired from Spirit AeroSystems Inc. where he was chief executive.
Board members renewing for a second term, also effective July 1, 2015, are Pamela Clancy Ammar 鈥80, Steve Feilmeier 鈥85, treasurer, and Kent Richards 鈥86. Clancy Ammar is a self-employed lawyer. Feilmeier is executive vice president and CFO for Koch Industries Inc. Richards is an audit supervisor for Informative Providers Inc.
The 19-member board is chaired by Marilyn Pauly 鈥72, vice chair of Commerce Bank. Board members are eligible to serve two three-year terms. They also are part of the 麻豆传媒 Foundation National Advisory Council (NAC) and participate on one of the 10 standing committees: audit, faculty/staff fundraising award, giving, governance, investment, marketing/communications, NAC nominating, operations, real estate and Ulrich Advisory Board.
Palmer serves on the marketing/communications committee of which Richards is the chair. Shank is a member of the Ulrich Advisory Board. Clancy Ammar is a member of the nominating committee and is its immediate past chair. Feilmeier is chair of the investment committee.
