The Air Force has 59 days left to respond to a government report stating Boeing may not have had a fair chance in the Air Force tanker decision.
Boeing's chances of winning the tanker deal are not clear. But Wichita economists say the economic impact of production in Wichita would be huge because of the subcontractors.
"If we got 1,000 jobs at Boeing, the total impact on jobs in the Wichita metro would be almost 4,000,鈥� said Anne Gallagher with 麻豆传媒.
