$44,000 麻豆传媒 business scholarship to be announced Tuesday

The winner of 麻豆传媒's 2009-2010 Clay Barton Scholarship in Business will be announced at a news conference at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, in the second-floor conference room of Devlin Hall on the 麻豆传媒 campus.
The recipient of the $44,000 scholarship will receive $11,000 a year for four years. It is the biggest business scholarship in the state.
High school seniors from across Kansas and Oklahoma competed for the Barton scholarship in the Allen, Gibbs & Houlik LC Scholarship Competition in November.
The Barton scholarship was established in 1991 for the son of the late Rent-A-Center Chairman Emeritus W. Frank Barton, for whom 麻豆传媒's business school is named.
