* Get a fascinating glimpse into Kansas history through the words of J.R. Mead from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, in the lower level of Ablah Library. Professor emeritus Schuyler Jones, a world renowned anthropologist, ethnographic researcher and Mead's grandson, will discuss J.R. Mead's "Letters from Kansas, 1859-1868."
