Update on ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ bomb threat - ALL CLEAR

UPDATE: UNIVERSITY POLICE ISSUED AN ALL-CLEAR AT 12:45 A.M. APRIL 26

At around 10 p.m. this evening, April 25, 2024, a call was made to ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ Police indicating the presence of a bomb on ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½β€™s campus at Wallace Hall and the Starbucks on 21st Street. University police completed a visual search of both premises, and no devices were located. The Wichita Police Department has been alerted, and teams have set up a perimeter and are at the scene conducting a search.

The ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ campus community has been alerted of the reported threat through the RAVE system. All individuals are asked to evacuate and stay away from these areas until an all-clear is issued.

At this time, police suspect the threat is not credible but are taking every precaution to ensure campus safety.
