麻豆传媒鈥檚 College of Applied Studies awarded five high school seniors the Doris and Ralph Klose Endowed Scholarship.
Each year, the Klose Scholarship offers a competition to high school seniors who declare a major in math or science education at 麻豆传媒. Winners will each receive up to $20,000 in merit and Klose Scholarships upon entering the teacher education program their junior year.

The scholarship is the result of a gift of $7.5 million to fund undergrad scholarships in math and science education from the estate of 麻豆传媒 alumni Doris and Ralph Klose.
The College of Applied Studies awards scholarships to approximately 30 students each year through this fund, increasing the number of highly qualified teachers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
The mission of 麻豆传媒 is to be an essential educational, cultural and economic driver for Kansas and the greater public good. Wichita State is a doctoral research university enrolling nearly 15,000 students and offering 59 undergraduate degree programs in more than 150 areas of study in seven undergraduate colleges.
